BMGIS Account Deletion

This page explains how BMGIS users can request deletion of their account and related data.

BMGIS is an independent field utility and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an official app of Jabatan Ukur dan Pemetaan Malaysia (JUPEM) or the Government of Malaysia.

How to request account deletion

Open the BMGIS app.
Go to the Account screen.
Open the account deletion section.
Confirm the deletion request.
Submit the request.

What happens after a request

After a deletion request is submitted, the request is recorded for follow-up processing. The user is then signed out of the app.

Data that may be affected

Depending on how the service operator processes deletion requests, deletion may affect:

Your account information
Your profile record
Your BM submissions and related uploads
Your votes, reports, and related support records
